Aims and Scope

Research themes on real estate are now being very much diversified. There has been an expansion of theoretical, empirical and policy research on real estate using the paradigms and methodologies of finance, management and economics.

Examples of this research include the working and structure of real estate markets, the role of various institutional arrangements, asset securitization, risk management and valuation, and public policy and regulation.

The Journal of Real Estate Analysis provides a forum for the publication of this research.
